My name is Celia and I am delighted to write you this letter to introduce myself. I'm going to be 17 on September 14, 2024 and I live in a charming town in France.
In my family, there are four of us: my parents, Annie and Ivan. My father works as an accountant, and my mother is a beautician. I also have a little sister born in 2009. We are very close and like to spend time together, whether it's having dinner, watching movies or doing outdoor activities. We have two cats.
I am a student and my favorite subjects are English and philosophy, because they excite and motivate me to learn more. I'm used to working in an organized way, planning my homework and reviewing regularly for my exams.
I really enjoy reading and I love listening to different kinds of music. I'm passionate about photography, which allows me to express my creativity. I also like to spend time with my friends, whether it's dating or having game nights at home.

My twin Cova was in EEUU last year and it was an unforgettable and very interesting experience. She has encouraged me a lot to live this experience

My name is Javi, I am a seventeen year old boy, I live in the capital of Spain, Madrid, and I love my country, but one of my great passions is to travel around the world and get to know the cultures of other countries.
I have always been attracted to the way of life in the United States as they always use this to set films and series of world recognation, and I would love to be able to know first-hand all that history and lifestyle and above all to be able to know everything about the state I will be living in.
About me what you should know is that I am a very empathetic person, If I had to say my worst quality, It would be that I am a little lazy and sometimes it is difficult for me to get around to doing things. I am sociable, I love spending time with my friends and especially playing sports with them. I am also a very family minded person, I love being with my family, playing board games with them or doing different activities such as cooking, hiking, or traveling. Speaking of family, apart from spending time with my parents, I love spending time with my sister and my twin. I love them very much, but it's true that I've always wanted a brother, hahaha.
I am a very active person who loves to enjoys different activities. I love sports so throughout my life I have tried a wide variety of sports, but if I had to choose one to practice it would be basketball without a doubt. I have been playing since I was seven years old. However, the one I like to watch the most is rugby and handball, I would love to be able to try a new sport there such as American football, skiing or surfing. Not only I like to doing sports, but also I love to cook and one of the activities I am most looking forward to doing is helping to prepare lunches and dinners for special days such as Thanksgiving.
As I said before I love to get to know other countries and their cultures, but I also love my country and show our lifestyle, our traditions and above all our delicious cuisine, I would love to cook our great variety of delicious dishes.
Finally, I have to say that I am very excited to be able to live this wonderful experience. I would like to experience the west coast (California, Washington) or the east coast (New England, Massachusetts), but I am sure I will love being there and I will have a great time in whatever state I'm in.

Hello To My Future American Family.
First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to live with you for the next academic year.
My name is Iñigo I’m Fourteen years old and I’m from Spain, specifically from Valladolid, a city of 300.000 inhabitants and is very famous because all second weekend of January celebrates the “Pingüinos” the biggest motorcycle’s concentration of all Europe.
I live with my parents and my brother in an apartment on the outskirts of the city. My parents are called Julio and Rosa. My mother is a doctor in the University hospital Rio Hortega and my father is the boss of a store, my brother is older than me but still studying, he is in his fourth year at university.
My mother is an altruistic and worker, my father is a worker too and respectful person. My brother is a calm guy that likes the gym, the football and watching series. My mother hobby is taking photos of my football matches. My father hobbies are the gym and he used to ride a horse but he had to leave that because a physical injury.
Actually, I’m studying 3rd ESO that I’d like 9º grade in USA, and my favorite subjects are Maths, Geography, English and physics and the lessest preferred is literature. In my class we are 22 boys and girls, we aren’t all friends but we are classmates we respect and help each other.
I’m a big football/soccer fan, I play football in a local team since I was 3 years old. The football is one of my most important things of my life. I consider that I am really good at football and I hope I can play football in USA to learn and develop physically and my talent, I will enjoy it, because is one of my dreams. I also love the gym in my free time because is healthy and relaxing for me. But I have other hobbies like draw, listening to music, cooking and the video games, but I’m open to try the sports like boxing, badminton or American football
I consider that I’m a close person that I want see the other people enjoy, a calm guy, worker, noble and honest, and my friends consider me friendly and a leader. With my friends I settle on to play football and talk.
I make this decision to increase my self, to have new challenges, to learn and discover new culture and lifestyle. Always I have curiosity how is the USA but living there I think is different.

I’m Cornelius a 15-year-old 10th grader at a gymnasium, comparing to a freshman. My school is a private catholic Senior High School located at the river Rhine.
My parents are Julis Maria, my mom, a medical doctor PhD and Michael, my dad, in-house legal council and head of department at the archiepiscopal Vicariate general cologne, then I’ve got an adorable sister, her name is Antonia
and she’s 18 years old. She is a student at a different senior high school located in a different city, where the Mosel river flows into the river Rhine.
Since all of us leave our house quite early in the morning, we do not have any animals right now. As for myself I like animals especially dogs, and we used to have all sorts of animal companions when my sister and I were younger, we had rabbits and cats, that did not belong to us. Nevertheless, we looked after the animals owned by our neighbors as if these were our own pets.
My hobbies are mostly on the water I am into rowing on a competitive level, last year we won state championship this year we finished 3rd. Since I am four I’m going to sail, usually in the Mediterranean but also in the Netherlands. Actually, my sister and I are going to see Dutch Waters this upcoming weekend. In addition, I compete in athletics, playing handball and riding a bike. I like to play the piano, but being asked honestly, I listen to a lot of rock music such as Guns N’ Roses, Nirvana and Oasis.
